The “Satisfied or Refunded” Dokito Coffee Guarantee
Dicos Group s.r.l guarantees the quality of products with the Dokito denomination and certifies that its products maintain the highest quality standards (a link to the ISO 22000 certification must be inserted here). Dicos Group s.r.l is therefore certain that the consumer will find the purchased products to their full satisfaction. However, if, for any reason, the Consumer is not entirely satisfied with one or more products, he will have the right to return it within 30 days from the date of receipt of the products even if the product has already been partially consumed by the person in charge. (See paragraph on withdrawal procedures). In this case, Dicos Group srl – within 30 days of receipt of the goods – will offer the Consumer (who can choose) a voucher for the purchase of a new Dokito product for an amount equal to the price of the returned product or a full refund of the price itself.
The warranty does not apply to damaged or incorrectly used products by the Buyer.
