Refund Policy

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 06/09/05 N ° 206, the consumer customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty, within 14 days of delivery of the products. Although this right is obvious, it cannot be exercised in the event that the delivery has already taken place and for perishable food and / or household products.

 

To exercise this right, the customer must send a written communication by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the address Dicos Group srl – Via Castelnuovo Parano, 1 03047 (FR) – Italy as well as to the e-mail address info@dokito.it , indicating unequivocally the product or products for which it intends to exercise the Right of Withdrawal, as long as it is intact.

 

Once the aforementioned notice of withdrawal has been received, Dicos Group s.r.l will quickly communicate to the customer the instructions on how to return the goods.

The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions:

Ground coffee: it is possible to exercise the right of withdrawal as long as the product is intact and / or the consumption of which is equal to a maximum of 5%.

Coffee products in pods: it is possible to exercise the right of withdrawal as long as the product is intact and / or the consumption of which is equal to a maximum of 10 pods.

Coffee products in capsules: it is possible to exercise the right of withdrawal as long as the product is intact and / or the consumption of which is equal to a maximum of 10 capsules.

 

By law, the shipment of products for their return, including the related costs, is the sole responsibility of the customer.

In case of damage to the goods during transport, Dicos Group s.r.l will notify the customer of the incident, to allow him to promptly report to the courier he has chosen and obtain a refund of the value of the goods (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for its return, at the same time cancelling the request for withdrawal.

Dicos Group s.r.l is not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.

Upon its arrival at the seller’s warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage / tampering / contamination with other foodstuffs and not resulting from transport. Furthermore, if the same has not been stored according to the hygiene rules of conservation in force specific to the product category.

 

Without prejudice to any repair costs for damage to the original packaging, Dicos Group srl – within 30 days of receipt of the goods – will offer the Consumer (who can choose) a voucher for the purchase of a new Dokito product for an amount equal to price of the returned product or the full refund of the price itself.

The right of withdrawal is totally lost, due to lack of the essential integrity of the goods (packaging and / or its contents), in cases where Dicos Group s.r.l and / or the seller ascertain:

The lack of the external packaging and / or the original internal packaging;

The absence of integral elements of the product;

Damage to the product for reasons other than its transport.

In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Dicos Group s.r.l will return the purchased good to the sender, charging the shipping costs to the sender.

 

 

The “Satisfied or Refunded” Dokito Coffee Guarantee

Dicos Group s.r.l guarantees the quality of products with the Dokito name and certifies that its products maintain the highest quality standards (LINK CETIFICATION iso 22000). Dicos Group s.r.l is therefore certain that the consumer will find the purchased products to his full satisfaction. However, if, for any reason, the Consumer is not entirely satisfied with one or more products, he will have the right to return it within 30 days from the date of receipt of the products even if the product has already been partially consumed by the person in charge. (See paragraph on withdrawal procedures). In this case, Dicos Group srl – within 30 days of receipt of the goods – will offer the Consumer (who can choose) a voucher for the purchase of a new Dokito product for an amount equal to the price of the returned product or a full refund of the price itself.

The warranty does not apply to damaged or incorrectly used products by the Buyer.
